padding: 0px; line-height: 28px; word-wrap: break-word; display: block;">日本在1995年后，GDP总值就开始逐渐保持4万亿美元上下不大的波动，基本趋近于停滞状态。日本经济之所以会出现停滞不前的现象，还是和一些因素有关的。二战结束后，日本在很长一段时间里都是处于贫困交加的地步，不过后面日本举国上下勒紧裤腰带，全力发展经济，特别是上世纪80年代到90增长非常迅速，连美国都非常害怕，担心日本这么增长下去，后面会取代美国的经济霸主地位，于是后面美国对日元进行大幅度升值，抑制了日本的经济增长速度，后面又对日本进行经济把控，使得日本不能肆无忌惮的发展下去。美国对日本经济的调节起到了一定的作用。</p><p style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px 0px 20px; padding: 0px; line-height: 28px; word-wrap: break-word; display: block;">日本的社会福利还是不错的，基本的医疗保险，还有退休金什么的，在世界上都是处于上游水平。不过这些年来日本老龄化越来越严重，导致日本的财政支出逐年加大，而日本财政收入每年都不是特别稳定，这就造成了日本二十年来经济呈波动状态。虽然波动不是特别大，但这足以让日本政府提心吊胆，最近日本政府正在着手对外引进人才政策，弥补老龄化带来的一些问题。当然，除了人口结构问题，也许日本三十年前发展太猛了，接近饱和的缘故吧。</p><p style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent; padding: 0px; line-height: 28px; word-wrap: break-word; display: block;">德国和日本很相似，都是战败国，二战后德国被分裂四十多年，而日本国内环境比德国好很多，德国被分裂的那些年，东西两德发展水平完全不一样，因此德国和日本差了这四十多年的发展时间。德国统一后，也在大力发展，后面不断追赶日本，到了2008年，遭遇经济危机，德国乃至整个欧盟都处于低迷状态，这段时间亚洲国家受金融危机影响没有欧洲那么大，因此德国和日本又拉开了一定的距离。德国和法国都是属于欧元区国家，英国之前也是欧盟成员，德国比这两个国家更为特殊，因此把德国单独拿出来讨论。<br style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: transparent;
