专辑介绍 ： Isabelle音像店's 怀旧女歌手系列28 这位歌手和之前发布的歌手很不同，她是一位CCM歌手，CCM就是Contemporary（不知道拼写对不） Christian Music，总体归类在Gospel里，这个风格大致就是用流行等方式演绎带有福音内容的歌曲，如果用我们通常理解的方式，就是“新福音”，哈哈。 Jennifer Knapp是Kansas人，出版这张以出生地（Kansas的Chaute）为名的CD专辑之前还发行过一张叫Wishing Well的卡带，据说卖出了2000张，已经是十分不错的成绩了，在Kansas出版后又为她赢得更多声誉，《人物》杂志评价她是一颗升起的新星，Kansas好评如潮，这个之前还酗酒，吸毒，乱性的女孩一下子就像被感化了一般，唱起圣洁的福音民谣。 我认识她是在Yahoo的Online Radio上，听到的那首歌叫做Whole Again，我还以为她又是一名民谣摇滚歌手，她嗓音很有爆发力，但绝对不仅仅是爆发力那样，唱法方面也十分讲究，再加上歌曲写的也十分动听，可以说很是有听头，是那种能让人开着同一首歌不停听，每次都能听到不同东西的感觉。推荐Whole Again，Undo Me，Trinity，Faithful To Me（清唱的，赞一个她的嗓子！）。 她的专辑Lay It Down（2000年发行）我也很喜欢，记得还是用更老那台电脑的时候听的，后来不知道怎么的就删掉了，现在一首一首的找很是困难，眼看还差一首曲子就凑满了，郁闷的说。Lay It Down这张专辑里我喜欢的曲子更多，比Kansas要更喜欢的说，Usher Me Down，Into You...听了无数遍。2001年她发行的The Way I Am（同样只差一首歌正在下，不过这个很快就会下完）虽然在经典曲目上相比前两张恐怕有点不足，不过整体还是很好听，我因为也三年没听过了，只记得Say Won't You Say这一首歌，之后会发出来，一并还有另一位CCM女歌手Ginny Owens的东西。希望大家喜欢这些音乐。 转Amazon的介绍： Self-described as "just a girl with a guitar," Knapp, the winner of the 1999 Dove Award for best new artist of the year, crafts acoustic folk-rock in the vein of Lilith Fair rock-maids, yet founds her lyrics on her relationship with God rather than on that of a beau.
