这5个版本分别先介绍下：
Goo Goo Dolls.-.[Iris.Theme from 'City of angels'].MV.mpg是当年专辑拍摄的音乐录影带，主唱John Rzeznik在一个瞭望台通过望远镜看《天使之城》的故事，相信和偶一样的Goo Goo Dolls粉丝应该很喜欢这版MV的 ：）
另外4个都是演唱会的版本：
Goo Goo Dolls.-.[Iris.Hard Rock Cafe].live.avi是当年一场演唱会的版本，属于典型的演唱会版Iris，
Goo Goo Dolls.-.[Iris.VH1.Storytellers].live.mpg是Storyteller说故事的版本，由主唱John Rzeznik穿插说一段故事开始演绎这首歌，
Goo Goo Dolls.-.[Iris.Live In Buffalo].live.rmvb就是在他们的故乡Buffalo-纽约州的布法罗，也就是水牛城的那场著名的演唱会，下着大雨，但是乐队和FANS都极度疯狂了，
Goo Goo Dolls.-.[Iris.Fashion.rocks.Avril Lavigne].live.rmvb是近年的一个演唱会版本，在Avril Lavigne的演唱会上，Goo Goo Dolls被邀请和Avril Lavigne一起演唱了这首歌曲，前半段是Avril Lavigne唱的（个人认为唱的不好），后半首就是我们的John Rzeznik唱的
Iris是希腊文的“彩虹”，这个名字跟《City Of Angels》很配，
Goo Goo Dolls，名字也很特别，goo是哭泣、哀伤的意思，所以乐队也被翻译成“悲伤娃娃”，“哭泣玩偶”。。。
1985年，主唱兼吉他手John Rzeznik与玩重金属乐的表哥Robby Takac找来前鼓手George Tutuska，在美国纽约州水牛城组成了三人摇滚团体。
Iris所属的"Dizzy Up The Girl"是乐队的第六张专辑，当时乐队正处在红过之后下坡的尴尬期，还换了新鼓手Mike Malinin，当时电影《City Of Angels》请他们谱写音乐，结果就是音乐和电影相得益彰，解决了他们事业的危机。所谱写演唱的《Iris》一曲，不仅为他们赢得1999年第41届葛莱美音乐奖"年度唱片""最佳流行演唱团体""年度歌曲"等三项大奖提名，将GooGooDolls的乐坛声望与销售数字推向了顶点，“Dizzy Up The Girl” 专辑的制作Rob Cavallo获得“年度最佳制作”大奖。
激情的吉他，悠扬的提琴和John Rzeznik沙哑而又爆发的嗓音，就是Iris！！！
