Emma you’ll remember from her days as songwriter and guitarist in Lush, while Lisa, an animator, has cut her teeth on varied projects as a singer: with Locust on a track on last year’s rapturously-received "Morning Light" album; and with The Mad Professor (vocal duties which lead her to a headlining slot in the dance tent at this years Glastonbury mud-fest). The different musical backgrounds of the pair (Lisa being a bit of a dance-bod club-girl while Emma comes from a more of a songwriterly perspective) leads to a unique melange away from your average guitar-drums-bass-vocals four-piece and into more of a textured, electronica-friendly sound.
