1993年发行的专辑《indivdual thought patterns》是一张十分技术化的专辑，歌曲的编排超复杂，不逊色与melodic death乐队，每首歌曲都很有特色，旋律性有所加强。强悍的双主音吉他自然十分精彩，那是Death的招牌，值得一提的是超级鼓手gene hoglan的加盟使乐队又增添了一件强有力的武器，唯一美中不足的是可能是由于结构过于复杂的缘故，这张专辑显得不够重型，难道完美的技术和狂暴的气氛没有办法达到平衡吗？
