4 Strings是由Carlo Resoort领导的荷兰Trance DJ组合，其另一位成员为Jan De Vos。两位音乐人于86相识，90年开始投身于Dance事业，不久当两人技艺娴熟后就开始创造属于他们的音乐风格。4 Strings的风格以Trance、Progressive Trance为主，并以Vocal见长。他们经常邀请不同的歌手为其音乐配唱，歌手Vanessa van Hemmert在跟随这个组合几年后，于2004年离开4 Strings。
2003发行的Believe专辑是4 Strings组合的首张专辑，由the brainchild of Dutch出品Carlo Resoot创造的Vocal Trance杰作。包含热门单曲“take me away”这首单曲直到现在依然热力不减，“diving”，“let it rain”，“summer sun”和“day time”，“revelation”中更有御用女歌手Vanessa富有深情的伴唱，整张听过让人仿佛置身于云层之上享受纯净的阳光，是4 Strings为数不多的精品。
