Installing jKiwi What are the software requirements? To use jKiwi you need a Linux or Windows operating system with Java Runtime Enviromment (JRE) version 5 or above installed. Other than java, jKiwi requires SWT: The Standard Widget Toolkit version 3.3 or above but this already comes with the package so no install is required. Do I have to build sources? The answer is no. The source package that you download comes with already compiled binaries, you only have to compile if you want to make changes to the application's source code.
