不日新得潘爱民亲笔签售《Windows 内核原理和实现》一书，读的如火如荼，却发现工具和研究环境的匮乏。微软对此光盘虽免费索取的政策，但非大专院校教师几乎不可获得。几经周折，终获该光盘，使得获得潘大宝典的芸芸同胞不在烦恼，特此制作分享，以敬潘老师呕心沥血之初衷：为我国计算机工业界的基础研究做些贡献。
