Recorded with Mark Nevers (Lambchop/Will Oldham) at his home studio in Nashville, I Am The Man is thirteen tracks of heart-stopping soulful folk loveliness. It features White on vocals and guitars and occasional cymbal clash with additional instruments - including brushed drums, tender piano and the prettiest trombone sound this side of Calexico.
