He would dance at the drop of a beat and take advantage of any opportunity he had to perform. It is no surprise that this fun-loving, outgoing kid from Moore, OK grew to be a soulful touring singer/songwriter who’s heart provides the rhythm to every song he creates. “My music is totally based on the way I feel. It is therapy for me,” says Darren Flowers, who made a name for himself by touring all over the US with nothing but a guitar and catchy song or two. It was one of these so called routine nights on stage at The Golden Light in Amarillo, TX where Darren met a friend of popular producer Cary Pierce.
