【游戏简介】 Elder Games制作的《破碎起源：联合守卫者》于2008年中期进行开发，是一款关于星球战争的策略游戏。由于人类无止尽的战争和对资源的开发，地球已不再适合居住，一个叫做'Guardians'的组织以救世主的身份出现，帮助人类在外太空生存，并建立了“军事委员会”来保护人类的安全。一开始，号召联合的“Guardians”给人类带来希望，但是随着越来越无法遏制的权力，“Guardians”的一些当权者开始变得狂热起来，滥用权力屠杀平民，他们的真实面目也渐渐暴露。于是无数革命分子从“Guardians”手中盗取飞船开始脱离了联合组织的控制，大概两百万的被“Guardians”称为“星际海盗”的异军在随后的几年内又聚集了更多了加盟者。两方势力开始进行战争，历史学家称之为“破碎起源”，而这场战争一旦开始便进行了两百年。这就是人类的本性，所谓的联合、所谓的守护，即便是背负着星际流浪的命运，也无法阻挡人类互相斗争。 【游戏截图】
