专辑介绍： 　　一个是德国最具代表性的摇滚经典乐团，另一个是德国最具知名度的百年国宝级交响乐团，他们先在 2000 年合作发行了一张录音室同名作「Moment of Glory」，掀起一股摇滚乐交响化的旋风。 　　节奏强劲、旋律煽情有力、主唱高音直窜云霄的 Scorpions 式摇滚乐搭配由福特万格勒、卡拉扬、阿巴多历代著名指挥大师雕塑出来风格沉稳、节拍精準、气势磅礡的柏林交响乐团正是让千万摇滚乐迷俯首称臣、古典乐迷惊嘆两者结合后的魅力火花。 　　对於摇滚乐团而言，录音室作品只是个宣告，现场表演才是他们真正的好戏。在德国汉诺瓦第一次举办的2000年世界博览会 ( EXPO 2000 ) 中他们举办了这场意义非凡的演唱会，担任的团体仍是和他们配合相当成功的柏林管弦乐团，在一开场的曲目【Hurricane 2000】中，我们真正感受到摇滚乐和交响乐结合的音符＆音响震撼感，在 DTS & DD 5.1 的环绕音场下，成半弧形排列的各式絃乐器、铜管乐器、打击乐器 ( 定音鼓、摇滚鼓、打击乐器一字排开在舞臺最后方 )、节奏电吉他、主奏吉他、贝斯、合音女声、主唱，近百人的表演编制可说是声势浩大，在听觉和视觉上都是一流的演出阵仗。接下来表演的曲目【Moment of Glory】更是让人惊嘆：除了这首荣获 EXPO 2000 官方单位挑选为主题曲的殊荣外，他们更邀请来自维也纳，曾经和三大男高音合作过的儿童合唱团一起演唱，百人乐队加上天使般合音，顿时让演唱会达到最高潮。 　　主唱 Klaus Meine 优秀的音色一直是在摇滚界无与伦比，在这场演唱会里他邀请了两位特别来宾共襄盛举合唱歌曲，首先出场的便是来自美国的实力派美豔女歌手 Lyn Liechty 合唱优美情歌对唱【Here In My Heart】。 两人的歌声融在一起不仅好听，搭上吉他手 Matthias Jabs 的空心吉他演奏，真是一幅美妙的画面。另外一位合唱者则是目前担任前卫摇滚乐团 Genesis 的主唱 Ray Wilson，演唱的曲目则是相当有味道的曲目【Big City Nights】。 这是一首音量愈大愈好听的摇滚劲歌，镜头下的管絃乐团成员卖力的拉弦、吹管、敲打果然让整首歌充满火力，赢得台下观眾起立鼓掌致意。 　　接下来展现古典细腻与乐器美声的 16 分鐘组曲【Deadly Sting Suite】则是让笔者相当印象深刻的作品。电吉他的角色成为管弦乐团里「编制外的编制」，有时候呈现的音色是伤感多情的诉愿者，有时候的音色却是情势紧迫的宣战者，有时候的音色则让人想到 Metallica 式的金属衝击感，舞臺上的团员像是著了魔似地展现他们毕生所学，真是技术首超激、编曲过癮的组曲，台下的观眾对於这两个国宝级的乐团无不骄傲起立鼓掌长达一分半鐘。 　　喜欢听Scorpions音乐的人一定会对他们描写苏联共产政权瓦解、倡导世界和平的歌曲【Wind of Change】有印象，经过柏林管弦乐团的洗礼后，这首歌宏观地呈现了艺术化的世界观。另一首摇滚抒情经典曲【Still Loving You】则是在空心吉他的音色中展开主唱深情的歌声，管絃乐的张力将整首曲子衬托出更激情的情感因素。 Audio CD (23 Dec 2003) Please Note: Requires SACD-compatible hardware Format: SACD, Import Label: EMI Import ASIN: B00014K5VO Other Editions: Audio CD Moment of Glory is the fifteenth studio album by German heavy metal band Scorpions with the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra. At first the English composer Andrew Powell was asked to provide arrangements. As they would have reduced the orchestra too much, being only a symphonic accompaniment, both the Philharmonics and the Scorpions regarded the arrangements not to be satisfying. As mentioned by Klaus Meine, Michael Kamen was designated next for the orchestral material. After his declining to collaborate with Metallica for the album S&M, finally the Austrian arranger Christian Kolonovits proved to be the right collaborator. See the interviews with Meine and Kolonovits and pages from Kolonovits’ scores Michael Custodis, Moment of Glory - The Scorpions und die Berliner Philharmoniker. 不是乐评 :Scorpions/Moment of Glory-Live　 2007/04/09 11:31 最寂寞的那些年　　 天蝎（Scorpions）是我非常喜欢的一张CD, （我不懂音乐　没资格说喜欢某个『团』）,常常听著便流泪　 例如　Send Me An Angel　里面一段歌词　 Hear this voice from deep inside　 It's the call of your heart　 Close your eyes and your will find　 The passage out of the dark　 Here I am 　 Will you send me an angel　 Here I am 　 In the land of the morning star　 现在读了还是觉得胸口好紧好紧　 这张天蝎和柏林交响乐团同台演出的Moment of Glory, 我有很高的期待, 尤其所谓「摇滚乐交响化」本来就是我自己偏好的表现手法之一　 可是一开场就把我给吓傻了, 气势磅礡的百人交响乐, 在我听来是一派团圆欢乐.　 主唱优秀的音色依然高亢激越, 只是慈爱得令我吃惊, 加上维也纳儿童合唱团及合音天使, 简直就是国恩家庆, 慌乱中关了电视, 可能是音响太差,所有声音全在同一个平面上,听起来好怪,这样对自己说然后发现自己生著闷气, 莫名所以阿帅说, 妳在不爽什么啦, 人家成军三十年了, 儿孙满堂了还那么忿怒干嘛　　 是了, 秋收冬藏　　 季节从不停止更递, 但青春的怒吼何其动人　　 青春之美　美在不完整　不确定　不甘心　　 总在追问一个答案　 　 问你　要一直走在旅途中　 沿著morning star的方向　客舍青青柳色新　 还是找一个家　红泥小火炉　绿螘新醅酒　 就著铭心一段　乾杯？　 ********** 首先来谈谈Scorpions，他们1964年成立於德国汉诺瓦，在德国摇滚乐界地位崇高,倍受推崇的老大哥级重金属宗师乐团，Helloween曾翻唱他们的曲子，亦曾参与讚颂Scorpions专辑(Tribute)的录制，Scorpions除了节奏明快，富含旋律的德式重金属曲外，他们最拿手的就是金属情歌了(Metal Ballad)了，一些著名抒情曲如Still Loving You, Always Somewhere, Holday,Wind Of Chang等都颇受台湾歌迷的欢迎。主唱Klaus Mein声音高亢亮，吉他手Matthias Jabs与Rudolph Schenker(吉他高手Michael Schenker的哥哥)的双吉他技术精湛，为Scorpions的铁三角。 再来谈一谈柏林爱乐管弦乐团，这个当今世界上执古典管弦牛耳的乐团成立於1882年，这个正统古典的坚持撼卫者，擅长演奏贝多芬,布拉姆斯,布鲁克纳等德国音乐家的交响作品，而近代最出名的指挥家卡拉扬担任柏林爱乐总监直到去世。 两大国宝的尝试合作的想法早在多年前就有了，但是碍於双方音乐型态的差距，一直无法付诸执行，直到在柏林围墙顷倒十週年的纪念音乐会上，Scorpions看到了160个提琴手合奏奥地利音乐家Christian Kolonvit改编Scorpions的曲子Wind Of Change时，他们知道找到可以扮演连结摇滚乐与古典管弦间桥樑的人了，Kolonvit亦欣然同意合作，然而柏林爱乐的态度却较为犹豫，他们担心古典乐第一把交椅与摇滚乐团合作会坏了名声，经过不断的沟通及诸多商机的考量下，柏林爱乐最后终於欣然同意合作，就这样三方共同筹画努力了五年，终於推出了Moment Of Glory。 这张专辑的CD版共收录了十首作品，包含了Scorpions的成名老歌及新的创作，大部份为抒情式的曲子及少部份快节奏的曲子，整张专辑旋律相当优美，其中多首曲子并有儿童合唱团的合音，与Klaus Mein潦亮高亢的歌声搭配的天衣无缝。 打个比方吧，如果将S & M比喻成贝多芬的命运交响曲，那么Moment Of Glory就是贝多芬的田园交响曲和合唱交响曲的综合，各有巧妙之处。 mazon.com: 4.8 out of 5 stars (10 customer reviews) 3 of 3 people found the following review helpful 5.0 out of 5 stars Scorpions go heavy classical!, 29 Dec 2003 By V. There is absolutely nothing wrong with taking some hard rockin' music like this and putting some strings with it - it just gives you another reason to listen to some really great music! Far more successful than the Deep Purple or recent Moody Blues plus strings releases (both at the alber Hall). Although Metallica has the edge on arrangements with Kamen and shear size..(2cds) the Berliner Philharmoniker's performance is awe inspiring! Klaus' vocals cut through the arrangements better than James' growling with Metallica and the lead guitar riffs on Wind of Change and Still Loving You...are orgasmic and the tone with the orchestra elevates them to an ethereal level..if you are a scorpions fan ..what are you waiting for? the book is chocked full of cool photos and the bonus CD rom disc is FANTASTIC..with a Making of EPK and other goodies!! lots for the money... 1 of 1 people found the following review helpful 5.0 out of 5 stars Outstanding Concept and Presentation, 7 Sep 2006 By E-Train "son_of_thunder99" - Published on Amazon.com This review is from: Moment of Glory +1 (Audio CD) This CD is very well done. The band does not overpower the orchestra or vice-versa. Moment of Glory and Here in My Heart are songs that are about as "beautiful" as a metal band can be. It was wise of the band to include the seemingly underrated "Crossfire." This instrumental arrangement is spectacular. The only song I was not overly impressed with was "Lady Starlight." But that doesn't mean it's bad. Anyone who claims that Metal bands are not true artists will eat their words when they hear this. A Scorpions collection is incomplete if it does not include this CD.
