PickMaster - the name says it all
PickMaster is a specially designed software for high speed picking applications. The software provides complete integration of the IRB340 robot with S4Cplus (our new robot controller), the vision system as well as the conveyors in the picking cell. Thanks to its configuration wizards and plug-in hardware components, PickMaster reduces the need for on-site programming. What's more, as the program allows fast, easy visual GUI-style programming for new types of products, it will surely prove to be an operator's dream. In fact, once you're up and running, you have total application control, overview and information access from a single screen.
The FlexPicker system
The FlexPicker system comprises the IRB 340 robot with its controller, dedicated picking software and a vision system.
