I could not get this game to launch at all on Win9x. It instantly quits in a fraction of a second leaving no process running in memory, just GONE... Our opinion? It is a pretty good Puzzle-style game with Trains. You have to plan the path of the trains to their destination by switching the trains to different tracks. The graphics are good and the water effects looks very nice too. However, the sound effects are rather sparse, leaving an eerie feeling of silence. Great job by MONCUL, the gay frenchmen. Nice jab at RLD. We wish more groups would list if a release is Multilingual and which languages it supports. Keep those "ass pictures" coming MONCUL. Very funny;) We have our own CD Key for this game and did not have to steal MONCUL's. -END NOTE Loco Mania is a unique, quick thinking logical/strategy game that puts you in charge of managing an entire railway network. Players have to control switches, semaphores and train directions to get the trains through the system as quickly and efficiently as possible. Each level will put players through a multitude of tasks from getting trains to their destination on time to guiding trains with hazard laden cargo safely home. Successfully clearing the trains through the railway system improves the players score and unlocks maps to take the game through progressively challenging levels. Loco Mania will feature 12 maps each inspired by various European landscapes designed to provide a unique gameplay experience. Gameplay modes include Time Attack, Check Point and Free Run. The faster you complete the challenges the higher you score.
