This is an extremely well done album in my opinion. I think that any fan of Ambient will be quite impressed with Dargaard overall. This album paints beautiful dark soundscapes for the mind and is apparently the final installment of a dark trilogy concept series. The music is beautifully composed rather in vein of Autumn Tears and older Mortiis. With the female vocals they add an interesting effect because they remind of Enya at times. Only a far darker version of Enya of course. However, I can only find one flaw with this album and that is the fact that the male vocalist is rather disappointing. For he doesn sing, he merely just talks all of his lines much like Mortiis did on his earlier releases. Also the male vocals are a little too low in the mix, but the female vocals are perfectly arranged and perfectly mixed. I do think Dargaard should move to a more predominantly female vocal driven album next time especially with their wonderfully arranged keyboard parts.(Cleric Curst) PS：今晚就是除夕了~ 我在此预祝大家在新的一年里~ 万事如意~ 心想事成~ 合家欢乐~ 在狗年里事事旺旺旺......
