超好听的以色列交响黑，旋律方面，会让人想到哈利波特或魔法先生什么的。Bishop Of Hexen94年成军，经过早期一些人员变动后乐队开始在题材上下功夫，95年十二月录制第一张专辑：处女作《Ancient Hymns of Legends & Lore》以磁带的形式发售出了450张，很成功地打开了市场。随后即由Numerous Record发掘，与其旗下Hammerheart Productions签订一张全长的合约。 在96年7月乐队开始了首张全长的录制，并在97年4月发行《Archives of an Enchanted Philosophy》，一张拥有完美旋律和优美氛围的黑金属专辑。 随后乐队经历了七年的沉寂和一些人员的变动，在03年末出版《Unveil the Curtain of Sanity》——一张promo，宣告了乐队的回归。 05年初乐队与奥地利的CCP唱片签定了3张全长的合约，并在06年出版全长《The Nightmarish Compositions》。
