STORY
最強會長黑神的故事講述剛入讀箱庭學園的一年級少女黑神目瀧，因為本身成績優秀、運動萬能、完美的外表和身材，以接近100%的支持率成為箱庭學園的新一代學生會會長。雖然黑神是作為一名完美少女而存在，但因為放心不下她而決定擔任學生會雜務的人吉善吉同學，在解決不少問題學生的同時，卻逐漸接觸了由箱庭學園理事長不知火褲所創立的「玻璃瓶計劃」--希望聚集異常者而製造出「可以成為天才」的技術，於是學生會與異常、超異常、過負荷、惡平等的存在便不斷展開。

1.视频采用日版BD压制，并配上美版BD的24bit音轨和英文字幕(日版BD音轨只有16bit)。
2.视频因为要控制体积和画质的平衡，参数经过反复调节之后选在了这样一个1.3-1.4GB视频每集的样子，小了的话不是噪点保留不好就是其他细节丢失。
3.NCOP&NCED使用正片24bit音轨替换原有16bit，并添加了官方英文字幕。
4.3个CM我只能说我自己也不知道怎么做了，官方"良心"的做了IVTC，结果做出来有残留交错和各种无解的blend,我就remux了，自己无力坑了。
5.CD包括BD的特典CD,OST,OP&ED,均为含log的无损版本。
