It starts with the famous ‘Flight of the Bumble-Bee’ followed by one of the great children’s classics: Le Carnaval des animaux (The Carnival of the Animals) by Camille Saint-Saëns, a grand zoological fantasy which humorously illustrates in music a fine assortment of different animals, including lions, kangaroos, asses, an elephant, a swan and even pianists.
