Alex, a Venice Beach copy writer that dreams of being a novelist whom meets and romances Indian beauty, Reena, while she is on a vacation in California. Reena inspires Alex to follow his heart and realize his destiny. The trouble is, Alex couldn't be more out of his element in the land of spice and mystery, not helped by the fact he discovers that Reena has kept a very important secret about herself from him! However, with the help of a rambunctious rickshaw driver and an up and coming Indian Film Star(Bobby K), Alex just might have a chance at winning her heart.
